Clay Gilbert is a founding partner at CWC with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to co-founding CWC, he served as Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he built a reputation for integrity and results. Clay began his career at Trammell Crow Company in 2005 as an analyst within the office leasing division. Over the past 8 years, he has completed more than 480 transactions, totaling 5 million square feet and exceeding $1.2 billion in value.
Outside of work, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and their two young sons. He values the simple moments—whether it’s outdoor adventures or watching his boys explore the world around them.

John W. Willingham co-founded Diversion Capital Partners in 2013 and has extensive experience in real estate acquisition and finance. Formerly a Senior Vice President at The PNL Companies, he managed complex assets and sourced investment opportunities nationwide. John holds a BBA and MBA from Southern Methodist University and has a diverse background in finance and real estate.
John enjoys spending his free time with family or doing something outdoors. He’s an avid hunter and horseman who takes pride in making ongoing improvements to the family ranch.

John Gilbert co-founded Diversion Capital Partners in 2013 with John W. Willingham to leverage their extensive experience in real estate acquisition and finance. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Manager of GP entities for The PNL Companies, which he co-founded in 1993. At PNL, he managed the acquisition and oversight of over $2 billion in assets across North America. Earlier in his career, John held executive roles in the banking and mortgage industries, managing large portfolios and leading significant asset disposition programs. He is also active in personal investments in various sectors including energy, telecommunications, and real estate.
In his spare time JG enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren as they explore the beauties of nature. He prides himself in being a good land steward and preservation of water resources. His entrepreneurial spirit is always on display.

Jenna Beasley brings over a decade of experience at CBRE in Dallas, where she specializes in tenant and landlord representation. Her work focuses on market research, site selection, and lease negotiation for retail clients throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, across Texas, and nationwide.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their young daughter. Food is a shared passion. Whether they’re trying out the newest restaurants or tracking down the best burger spots, they love exploring Dallas one bite at a time.
